At Saint Barnabas, we are committed to living simple, uncluttered spiritual lives. In Christ, God became human to make it simple for humans to grasp. By his Spirit, Christ dwells among his people. Therefore, we seek Christ in each other through four core values and one universal practice.
Our Four Core Values
Worship: Our 'program' is worship. We gather to sing praises, read Scripture, pray and sit at Christ's table of grace.
Children: Jesus said that when we receive a child, we receive him. We focus on welcoming children in our midst.
Prayer: As we gather to pray for one another and the world, we partake in Christ's work of prayer at God's throne.
Outreach: We intentionally invite people into our homes. No agendas, just love. We believe Christ shines through. We also take Christ's love to the world through ministries to the city.
Our One Universal Practice
Hospitality: Christ is the living hospitality of God. Through him, God welcomes us all. Everything we do seeks to live out God's hospitality to his people and to the world.
